I. HAZMAT PRODUCTS ALLOWED :
> Combustible materials
> Materials and toxic products / dangerous for the environment (solid / liquid)
> Solid and liquid additives
> Aerosols
> Acids and bases
> Low explosive products (hunting cartridges, seat belt pretensioners, airbags …)
> The products stored are either packaged:
- in small containers (of the order of one liter or one kilogram): plastic cans, aerosol cans, cardboard packaging themselves packaged in cartons on filmed pallet
- in cans from 5l to 20l up to 225l barrels on film pallets or on “tank” pallets with a unit capacity of 1 m3
II. FACILITIES AND EQUIPMENTS :
> Four main cells:
- Cells I and IV: Non-hazardous combustible materials and explosive objects not presenting a significant risk (ADR Class 1.4)
- Cell II: Toxic, oxidizing, acidic / alkaline substances, non-flammable products from the circular economy in transit
- Cell III: Flammable solids and liquids & aerosols, flammable products circular economy in transit
>The cells II and III will be divided into sub-cells according to the risks and compatibilities
> Aerosols will be stored in a dedicated sub-cell separate from flammable liquidss
> Each cell has platforms equipped with sectional access doors.
> Storage on racks up to 9,60 m maximum depending on products
III. SAFETY :
> Warehouses integrated in a Seveso platform
> Generalized fire detection in all cells
> Automatic high speed foam extinguishing system for the cell storing inflammable products and sprincklage of other cells according to the APSAD R1 rule
> Outdoor fire protection (sizing of water resources according to D9 APSAD rules
